Noble Energy Environmental/Health/Safety Performance Index
As a leading Independent exploration and production oil and gas company, Noble asked metavû to document the performance improvement opportunities to support building a high-performance EHS organization. By leveraging the 2008 Society of Petroleum Engineers Award for HSE Management RoE® Performance Diagnostic Index tool, metavû was able to identify and implement business performance improvement strategies the supported establishing the EHS organization as an operational performance center of excellence that mitigates risk, reduces costs and improves business performance.
Chevron STRATA (Environmental Management Information System) Design and Implementation
As part of its organizational initiative to discharge legacy liabilities and reduce costs, Chevron asked metavû to support designing and implementing a Global Remediation Project Management Tool. metavû supported the project from building the functional requirements, engaging with key global stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the technical IT designer and Chevron and communicating with key Leadership Team stakeholders. A formal third party review of the project found that the tool has generated a combined value of $2.7 Million, including reduced administrative costs and improvement in overall work quality.
